Can I amend my order after it has been dispatched?
Unfortunately, we cannot amend orders after they have been dispatched. However, you can return the item(s) upon receipt and place a new order.
What happens if my order is delayed, lost, or misrouted?
If your order is delayed, lost, or misrouted, we will investigate the matter and take appropriate action. If the delay is caused by factors beyond our control (e.g., inclement weather, carrier delays), we will not be liable for any supplementary costs incurred by the customer.
Can I return my order?
