The needs of the content creator vary from job to job, the LUMIX S5 includes recording modes 4K 60p 4:2:0 10-bit and 4K 30p 4:2:2 10-bit — plus 4K 8-bit with no limitation of video recording time. In the 10-bit setting, 4:2:2 10-bit HDMI output is supported along with simultaneous external drive / SD card recording, which means flexibility and creativity are available whenever you head out on a shoot.
